What to Expect...

When you receive a healing from me you can expect a half hour (or longer) of pure relaxation.    I am a Reiki Master and a La Ho Chi Practitioner.   I use a combination of the two techniques, mixed with some crystal healing.     

​

You will be asked to lay down on the table, put on the headphones featuring relaxing meditative music, and be offered an eye mask to block out the light.   

​

All my healings come with a Chakra balance.

Reiki Energy Healing

​

Reiki is a spiritual healing art based on Japanese origins.   The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words, Rei which means universal life, and Ki which means energy.   Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things.    When this energy is not flowing properly, becomes weak, or is blocked it can cause physical symptoms and/or emotional imbalance.

Reiki is done using a laying of hands technique in most cases, but can be done contact free if the client prefers it.    It is not a form of massage.   A Reiki session will facilitate healing, provide stress relief and relaxation, and improve a client’s overall well-being.

La Ho Chi Healing

La Ho Chi is a Chinese high frequency energy healing modality.   Lahochi is a powerful hands on healing technique that brings a very high frequency of light energy and works to soothe and balance any disturbances in ones life energy.

What is the difference between La Ho Chi and Reiki?

​

Reiki was given as a gift for the activation of the shift of energies that have already taken place upon the planet. The LaHoChi is a strong energy to complete the cleansing of both Mother Earth and humanity and includes Reiki energy.
